We start preparing your order shortly after it’s placed. If you wish to make a change, please contact us within a few hours after purchase - we’ll do our best to accommodate your request before dispatch.

Shipping &Delivery
We generally dispatch in-stock items within one working day. UK Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days, and European delivery usually takes 4–6 working days after dispatch.

Returns & Excanges
You can start your return online through our Return Portal.
Simply enter your order number and postcode to receive your return label.
Your first UK return is free of charge.
For any subsequent returns, £4 will be deducted from your refund.
For European returns, £12 will be deducted to cover return shipping.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.
