Refund policy

Returns for change of mind

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return an eligible item for a refund for change of mind within 30 days from the day after your item is delivered to you.

Return conditions

You must meet all the following conditions to request a return for change of mind:

  • You request a refund for change of mind within 30 days from the day after the products are delivered to you.
  • The products are in their original condition and have not been used, worn, damaged, tampered with, washed, altered, connected, installed or attempted to be connected or installed.
  • The products are in their original undamaged packaging with all product tags still intact.
  • None of the exceptions below apply.

Exceptions

We are unable to accept returns for change of mind for:

  • Personalised items.
  • Goods sealed for hygienic purposes, if they have been unsealed.

How to return to us

  1. Login to our Return Portal here: Return Portal.
  2. We will email you a returns form and a QR code/ returns label.
  3. Place your return in a single parcel. You can use any packaging you like, as long as it is secure.
  4. Print the returns form and place this inside your return parcel, and your return label and secure to the parcel. Or you can take the QR code we provide to you to the drop-off point, and they will print it for you.
  5. Take your parcel to any Royal Mail/ EVRi/ DPD/ DHL/ Yodel drop-off point within 14 days of initiating your return.
  6. Your return will be processed, and you will receive the return amount to the same payment method used when placing your order, within 7 days of us receiving the items back.

Cost of delivery for returns

We will cover the costs of return delivery, provided that you follow the process for returns set out above and your return fits into one parcel. Where you wish to return products to us in multiple parcels, or at different times, you must cover the costs of return delivery for all subsequent parcels.

Faulty items

If your item is faulty, please contact us at the contact details set out below. You may have rights under UK Consumer Laws, in addition to your right of return for change of mind.
